As promised, kids, here’s the video from Patrick’s band concert Thursday night. It has been tastefully edited so you don’t need to sit through the waits between songs! Now offered through the magic of YouTube, in all of it’s you-y, tube-y glor-y!
That there’s “The Magnificent Seven,” just in case you guys couldn’t figure that one out.
The second song was “Caravan.”
And the third and final song for the Intermediate Band was “Barnum and Bailey’s Favorite.” Favorite what? Midway freak?
The last song was played with both the Intermediate and Advanced bands, plus 8 teachers/administrators. Kinda fun. It’s “Valdres.”
So for those unable to make it, enjoy these highlights of his last concert at IDDS! Next year: Roseville!
Tomorrow: The birthday surprise.
See you tomorrow.
Patrick performed the prelude tonight at church for the Lenten service. He was accompanied by John, the Music Director, and Matt, who is a youth leader and someone who Patrick looks up to very much.
