It was 51 degrees when I woke up this morning, and when I went out at lunchtime to pick up some girl scout uniform stuff for the girls, it was rainy and cold and windy.

Ah, midweek in Lent: not too much to report, though Wednesday contributes to the busy week.

But the downside is that I’ve completely forgotten what I wanted to write about. I had an idea shortly after lunch, said to myself that I should write it down or note it somewhere or just write the first paragraph of the entry so it would be here when I came back.

But I didn’t do that. And I can’t remember. And for the last hour or so, I’ve tried to think of something to write about and have come up empty.

So I’ll leave you with this and come back tomorrow. Wish me luck.

See you tomorrow.
